GEOGRAPHE PRIMARY SCHOOL is an Independent Public School. Founded in 2002 with an initial enrolment of 350 students, the school now boasts an enrolment in excess of 560 students K-6.
The school is structured in phases based on the early, intermediate and senior years of primary school. We take pride in our wonderful school. Our modern buildings are nestled amongst native gardens and the school is surrounded by native bush and wetlands. Our teaching and support staff are exceptional people when it comes to the care and education of children. They are dedicated to making sure that the children at Geographe are cared for in a nurturing environment. Geographe families are proud to send their children to our school.
GEOGRAPHE PRIMARY SCHOOL seeks to equip school community members with what they need to experience success now and in the future. Our shared values give rise to our identity; they are inherent in creating positive relationships, enabling us to work as a team in a friendly, flexible learning environment. The Geo Way provides all with a consistency of teaching, learning and assessment.
GEOGRAPHE PRIMARY SCHOOL'S teaching professionals and support staff are exceptional people dedicated to the care and education of children. Staff have come from across the state and internationally and vary in experience from 30 years to first time teaching appointments. We continue to actively develop and promote expertise and professional knowledge in teaching, learning and assessment and are committed to maximising factors which enhance learning and minimising those which don't.
In 2014, our Visual Arts Specialist, Ms Ana Nail, was awarded the Premier's Primary School Teacher of the Year.
